Coffee Chit Chat is an instillation and audio piece that explores how gossip and rumours are started and spread. To create these 'rumours' the collective that worked on this piece wrote down a list of 'celebrities' names and a list of potentially damaging speculations, from sexual fetishes to death to criminal charges. Celebrities were randomly assigned a speculation, which the collaborators then casually discussed as if having a catch-up in a cafe. The piece aimed to
